Our activities

From conception to project management, including interior architecture and furnishing, we design projects on all scales, striving to listen to you in order to create living spaces that resemble you. For this, an architect DEA HMONP (formerly DPLG) will be your privileged interlocutor throughout the studies and until the perfect completion of the work.

Our approach to carrying out your projects is to work on both substance and form in order to free ourselves from the superfluous, to integrate into the environment, using common materials and optimising space in its most essential form, while respecting the deadlines and resources allocated to each project.

We have extensive experience in the construction and renovation of villas as well as their landscaping, through the creation of swimming pools and the modelling of the environment in which the project takes place, or their interior design, providing advice and expertise in terms of layout and functionality.

We also build collective housing and work for condominiums, particularly in the context of roof renovation work (ten buildings, 1800 m²) and External Thermal Insulation (ETI) of facades or the creation of a lift within a residence.

Finally, we work for private establishments receiving the public and in particular for hotel projects ranging from complete renovation to the preparation of a file for compliance with disabled standards (Scheduled Accessibility Calendar).

Our story

The SARL Arc-ID Architecture was created in October 2013 by Régis Martin, architect DEA HMONP, registered at the R.C.S of Fréjus two years after starting his activity as a liberal. The Agency is located at Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer (83820).

Régis Martin had previously worked as an architect in two architectural agencies in Saint Tropez (83990) from December 2007 to September 2011.

He obtained his diploma of Architect Entitled to Project Management in his Own Name (DEA HMONP) at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture (E.N.S.A) in Clermont-Ferrand in 2008 and has been registered with the Order of Architects of the Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur region since March 2009 under the Order of Architects number 075 160 and S16 145.

Our state of mind

To carry out a study, we take into account the variety of functions and styles that characterise your project, considering that size imposes no limit to creation and that function must be in harmony with aesthetics. In architecture, the simple is the most difficult thing, but thinking small is a wonderful exercise because as Mies Van Der Rohe's words illustrate: Less is more.

Thus, if the design of a house is the subject of much reflection, the search for simplicity and unity of form and function are confronted with the very idea of creation to finally give rise to a coherent project that is also respectful of its environment.

This is why we have decided to subscribe to the "Committed to Faire" charter launched in 2019 and to follow the FeeBat scheme, which certifies that our renovations of existing building guarantee improvement and low energy impact while respecting a certain quest for performance and comfort of use. All this while using techniques and knowledge specific to old buildings.

We invite you to discover our projects because it is in our concrete realizations that you will best understand our vision of architecture.
