Heavy renovation project of a hotel for the OD Hotels Group in collaboration with Victor Rahola Aguadé - Architect in Barcelona - and Mayte Matutes Juan - Interior Designer in Barcelona.

Renovation of the facade and roof of the Mouscardins building on the port of Saint Tropez in collaboration with the UDAP du Var.
Program: Resolution of facade disorders on a R+3 building with its feet in the sea by using specific techniques such as carbon lintels in compliance with the constraints imposed by the port of Saint-Tropez.

Creation of two semi-detached houses with swimming pools in a sloping terrain (30%).
Program: Creation of two dwellings R+2 with a constraint of roof sewer height and two swimming pools, one of which on the R+2 with overflow facing the sea.
